Don’t leave the door open when you say, ‘to eat fast food,’; it results in uncomfortable cramps,” says Dr. John-Carter. If you become hungry after eating, do you eat or drink? If you feed your body a regular schedule, don’t lose energy over drinking. Be conscious of the sugary snacks you have. Dieting practices can add to your stress levels. “Your body needs food as fuel, but if you can’t sustain yourself without eating, your body will reduce its working capacity.

Keeping the body in balance will help you get in shape and feel good about yourself. It also keeps your brain cells healthy, which lowers your resting blood pressure, which helps your body metabolize foods better, and helps improve your balance.
